Who We Are

Another Chance Enrichment Center is a non-profit 501c3 faith-based social services organization in the Baton Rouge and surrounding areas.  Our organization is designed to enrich the lives of women and girls through shared learning experience, faith-based counseling, mentoring, educational classes and leadership skills.

LaSonja H. Brooks is the Executive Director and founder of Another Chance Enrichment Center, a nonprofit faith-based women and girls services organization.
She is motivational inspirational speaker, mentor, worship pastor, entrepreneur, proud mother and grandmother, author, podcaster, and actress.  ACE was birthed out of a personal desire to be a positive influence of change in the lives of women and girls.

LaSonja, also known as “LaLa”, is a proud graduate of Grand Canyon University, Phoenix, AZ, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biblical Studies.  She is also a graduate of the Logos Institute School of the Prophetic.
